These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of pinmakerhq.com and its tools (the “Site”), run by PinMaker HQ (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site’s tools for personal and commercial projects, including pins for your blog, shop or clients. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Upload, import or create content you don’t have the right to use.
- Attempt to overload, scrape, disrupt or get around the limits or security of the Site, including using automated tools to call our blog-link or image-import features.
- Use the Site to fetch pages or images for any purpose other than making your own designs.
We may limit or block access to anyone who breaks these Terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, text and designs you create with the Site. Photos you add to the pin maker are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us.
You are responsible for the content you use. Only use photos, text and pages that you own or have permission to use. If you import images from a website using a blog link, make sure you have the right to use them; importing an image does not give you any rights to it.
Our content
The Site, including its design, code, layouts, text and logos, belongs to PinMaker HQ and is protected by law. You may not copy or resell the Site or its tools. Pins you create with our layouts are yours to use.
Free service, no guarantees
The Site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or that it will meet your needs, and we may change, limit or stop any feature at any time. We don’t guarantee any results from your pins, such as views, saves, clicks or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PinMaker HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Not affiliated with Pinterest
PinMaker HQ is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc. When you post pins on Pinterest, Pinterest’s own terms apply.
Paid features
We may offer paid features in the future. If we do, any extra terms will be shown before you buy.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that can’t be waived, those rights still apply.
